Refund policy
If there is any reason you are unhappy with your order please contact us. For online orders, we can offer your right to an exchange or refund within 14 days of the date of purchase. Custom-made to order items are excluded. Items purchased in person (markets) are non-refundable. However, you may be eligible for an exchange. Due to hygiene laws, earrings cannot be returned.
We cannot offer refunds for any shipping costs regarding exchanges or returns.
All returned items must be in the same resalable condition including the original packaging or we reserve the right to refuse or deduct fees. A valid receipt or proof of payment will be needed. Once items are received in the condition required, the refund will then be issued. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that the items return back to us securely, please use Royal Mail Special Delivery for all jewellery orders to assure this is safely covered.
We do not cover any customs fees and charges, these must be paid for by the customer.
Ordering the correct ring size is the responsibility of the customer. If you are unsure on your size, you can take your measurements in millimetres at home or in a jewellers. If using a conversion chart please use UK sizing. Ring sizers are also available to buy online.
If there is an issue with your order, such as a possible production fault then please contact us immediately.
