PROCESSING
Studio Realm pieces are listed as ready to ship unless specified. Check the product listing or contact us for clarification for production times, custom-made to order items will only be sent when ready. Wait time ranges around 2-6 weeks. Additional details can be found on our information page.
Items which are ready to ship and in stock will be dispatched to delivery services between 1-3 working days.
DELIVERY SERVICES
Orders within the UK are sent via both Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm next working day and Royal Mail Tracked 48 Delivery arrival estimate is 2-3 working days.
Special Delivery - Recommended if you order any jewellery or spend over £50, as this is the most safe service which should cover compensation for any loss.
Tracked 48 - This is used on lower priced items. This is not a signed for service.
Collection from markets/events is possible, please only select this option if it has been prearranged and confirmed with us.
Orders placed Internationally are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked and Tracked & Signed. Worldwide Arrival aims: 6-7 working days.
Shipping to EU/NI is unfortunately not currently possible due to current GPSR requirements. We hope to figure out a resolution for this as soon as possible.
If your country is not listed at checkout please contact us as we will be able to make arrangements.
International customers are responsible for any / all duties and taxes. Charges will be dependent upon your country, please check how much import tax you will be charged and keep this in mind if you order.
Please contact us within 3 weeks if your package hasn’t arrived or there has been no attempted delivery so this can be investigated. We cannot replace orders where you have missed your delivery where the re-delivery has not been organised. Once the courier has made the delivery it is the customers responsibility. Items cannot be replaced in circumstance of loss. We cannot be held responsible for any incorrect address you have entered.
